Delivery
Standard postage and packing in the UK is £2.00. We aim to deliver within 7 workings days when items are in stock. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive new stock. Delivery to the rest of the world casts £5.00.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your Falcons.co.uk purchase but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return an item purchased from this website to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly refund the cost of the goods or organise an exchange. Description
We have taken every care to ensure that the description and specifications are correct. If you feel that the goods you have ordered are not as described, please return them to us within 28 days in the condition you received them to the above address for a full refund.
